These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Soi 3 website (soi3.bet) and all associated services, mobile applications, and platforms. The Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the guidelines of international gaming licensing authorities.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the Cash Out feature is active.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.

• Soi 3 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error or technical fault.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Soi 3 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken.

• Participating in match-fixing or manipulation of sporting event results.
• Transactions involving money laundering or the use of illegally obtained funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promo benefits.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated system.
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account or any attempt to hack into one.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or facilitating their use of the platform.
